CALL NOW OPEN: Flexible Talent Mobility Account (FTMA) for Early Career Researchers working within the BBSRC remit

BBSRC has awarded the University of Cambridge a Flexible Talent Mobility Account (FTMA) targeted at talented early-career ( postdoctoral or equivalent ) researchers working within the BBSRC remit or wanting to work with a company within the BBSRC remit , who have the potential to be the next generation of leaders within UK academic and industrial research. Funding is intended to support the exchange of personnel, perspectives and knowledge, skills and expertise between the academic and industrial sectors.

 

Postdoc Placement grants of up to £15,000 are available to provide early career researchers with the opportunity of a placement in an industrial setting.

Growing Relationships grants of up to £3,000 are available to enable early career researchers to engage with industry through participation in conferences, attendance at industry led events, or visits to companies to explore potential avenues for collaboration.
